Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from South Korea. We carefully source authentic Korean skincare products and deliver them to you worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you offer returns or refunds?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll review your case and find a solution.
