Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped from South Korea via K-Packet (Korea Post).
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore: 5–8 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasons.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Please check your country's import regulations and de minimis threshold before ordering.

Refused Shipments
If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address, or failure to collect, we are unable to guarantee a refund. Return shipping and any associated costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please note that tracking detail varies by destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages
K-Packet provides limited compensation for lost or damaged items. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with an inquiry to Korea Post.
